Contemplative Art

The approach of contemplative art, as I understand it, provides a vehicle to appreciate and learn about the creative process that is life.

Learning to listen is a key aspect, which includes a fine-tuning of our senses, an openness and flexibility of your bodies and minds, as well as a willingness to inquire deeply.

The emerging understanding may serve as a guide and modus operandi in our relating to each other, to the animal world, as well as to the land.

‚I don’t think you learn contemplative art, you discover it, and you do not teach contemplative art, but you set up an environment so it can be discovered.‘ – Choegyam Trungpa
