As I have found myself in a corresponding position at various times, Radical Feedback is a proposition for organizations, institutions and individuals, interested in the notion of regeneration, hence, a narrative that provides space and by doing so, is inviting a deeper wisdom to express itself.
I do not offer a solution oriented or therapeutic process.
I will solely listen to and observe the given circumstances, and eventually propose and facilitate a process that intends to allow new ways of thinking, relating and acting to emerge.
