In these classes I combine practices and input from a variety of backgrounds: meditation (foremost Zazen), movement, improvisation and nature awareness practices, bodywork and talking circles/sharing.
I hope to support you in the process of ‚centering‘ – of establishing and reestablishing a sense of self, that feels coherent and deeply connected to what surrounds you, human and other than human.
